Fishing surroundings Species of fish Methods of fishing Fishing permit Map and further information	The fishing area in the area of Tåssåsens sameby ranges over large sections of the Oviken mountains as well as Anaris- and Lunndörren mountains. The zone of the fishing area begins north of Galå Fjällgård. There are alternatives for fishing in the treeless mounatins as well as in the mountainforest in lower situated areas. During the summer months the lonely and idyllic located lakes and streams are accessible by foot on one of the numerous hiking trails. The area suits perfect to combine hikes and trips within the nature and a successful fishing day. On a hiking tour of sveral days duration you can also go to the most beautiful and solitary lakes. In wintertime there are marked ski- and snowmobile-trails towards the lakes for ice fishing.
	Species of fish
	The rich appearance of trout and char are produced naturally in all of the waters. Populations of grayling are sporadically. Methods of fishing Popular and possible methods of fishing in the fishing area of Tåssåsens sameby are: spin fishing, fly fishing and ice fishing. It is only allowed to fish from the shore or beach during the ice free periods of the year. You are allowed to use a boat or canoe if it is permitted explicitly. You are welcome to rent equipment for ice fishing from us.
